As part of the proposals for the Jonathan Street site (that currently contains the Carmelita Community Centre) we are proposing to build a new 390sqm community centre.

The proposals for the new homes at the Jonathan Street site (that contains the Carmelita Centre) include 29 much-needed new affordable homes, 71% of which will be council level rent with the remaining 29% as shared ownership.

The Orsett Street proposals will provide 38 new homes for private sale. The income generated from these 38 new homes will fund the development of the Jonathan Street (that contains the Carmelita Centre) site.

The project has been developed with Lambeth Council since 2019, it is expected that the application will be submitted in early 2021.
